Hey all,
I’ve recently run into a problem in using this program:
PaletteKnife for FastLED
I can no longer get onto this page:
http://soliton.vm.bytemark.co.uk/pub/cpt-city/
What I do get is this:
Forbidden
You don’t have permission to access /pub/cpt-city/ on this server.
Apache/2.2.22 (Debian) DAV/2 Phusion_Passenger/3.0.13 PHP/5.4.45-0+deb7u2 mod_ssl/2.2.22 OpenSSL/1.0.1e Server at http://soliton.vm.bytemark.co.uk Port 80
Has anyone else had this problem?

It’s working fine from here - maybe just a transient issue? Try accessing it again?
I just tried with no success. Also asked for technical support from my internet service provider (Cox) and they got the same error. They say we’re blocked from their end. Bummer.
agree - works from Germany
They probably have fail to ban or something enabled. Have you tried grabbing the Google cache or web archive version of it?
Deleted all my caches thinking that it would help so I don’t have any history of using this site. Still not working and still my ISP states that the problem is at their end. Of course I can’t contactg them and tell them is my problem because I can’t get on their web page. Still stuck. Anyone have any “backdoor” tricks I might try?
You can try the Tor broswer bundle: https://www.torproject.org/projects/torbrowser.html.en
It routes your traffic out through tor so every time you hit a page it appears like you are coming from a different computer.
Hi, yes I downloaded the Tor Browser and I can get to the site I needed there is only one HUGE problem: I need to use Chrome in order to save the Palettes for import into the Arduino IDE. I was hoping to use a Tor Toolbar but one doesn’t exist. Still stuck. Bummer
Can you save the page as html and then open it in chrome? If not you might just have to install tor proper and route all your traffic through it.
@Freddie_Olivas I just tried from my Cox connection and it’s working. If you don’t have a static IP, try restarting your modem. You might get lucky and be assigned a new IP.
