Hey Guys & Girls
I dove into 3d printing at the end of last year with an FLSUN Kossel mini. Needless to say that this was a complete waste of money and I am now waiting for my Prusa I3 MK2 to arrive.
I’ve stripped the Kossel Mini and would like to reuse the left over parts to built a another Prusa I3 based on the P3Steel design from Orballo Printing: https://orballoprinting.com/en/frame/8-prusa-i3-steel-frame-p3steel.html.
I would like to reuse the “BT2700 Ramps Plus 2” board that I have. The board is a clone of the Ramps 1.4 Plus board which can be seen here: http://reprap.org/wiki/File:Ramps1.4Plus-english.jpg
My question is whether this board can be used to drive 2 z axis’, 1 y axis, 1 x axis and of course the extruder?
There is space for 5 stepper drivers but the board is titled X,Y,Z, E0 & E1. I’m pretty sure that this should be the case but wanted to confirm it.
