What those are our individual components LEDs. They still need to be soldered onto a strip or PCB of some sort.

And on another note, if you are not extremely proficient at soldering. Those are not the right thing for you.

Good points. What is your ultimate use of these? Why did you buy them?

I totally agree with @Evan_Bruno !
I consider myself reasonably skilled with soldering and have tried to solder to these Ws2812b devices directly with very limited success !!

And if you DO attempt to solder them together, make SURE you know which pins are which. Use the datasheet.
