I made a thing! It uses the esp32 devboard.The HiLetgo ESP-WROOM-32 ESP32 ESP-32S. On the arduino board manager use esp32 dev module or Node32s.
It uses BLE to change patterns. Use a bluetooth serial terminal or the App I created with Thunkable on my github.
I will be adding more patterns
man that beats my first share. well done. Are your patterns functions or hit-play-and-run programs Did you create the color changing / rocking b&f pattern yourself
@Dave_Morris no, I made it with most of the DemoReel101 codes in the fastLED to let other people who has seen that code notice the similarities and what needs to be done for it to work with BLE. so they can add their own patterns/ functions. theres probably a better way to do these, but this is the solution I came up with for sending commands through a basic bluetooth serial monitor app for iOS or Android.
