Hey I’m visiting Chicago these days. Any 3D Printing activities around to recommend?
Last time I was in Chicago, I was walking to my hotel and randomly passed a place with a sign on the door that said “3D Printer Experience”. Totally by chance. I did a double-take. Sign said they have events and stuff, but I didn’t go in, so I can’t say I recommend it, just saying it’s there.

Of course, everyone I know who goes to Chicago looking for 3D printer stuff is on the way to MRRF (which, btw, is why I was there).
Check out the calendars below for guest nights at two of Chicago’s maker spaces.
There is also the Wanger Fab Lab at the Museum of Science and Industry, but you have to buy a ticket for it.

Thanks Folks! I’ll be looking these sites.
I’d let you know if I found something else

I have not been to PumpingStationOne but I have been to the 3dprintingexperience. I would say check out PumpingStationOne. I do not recommend the other one unless you wish to have laser sintered nylon since it is rather lame else than that. Of course then, the sintered nylon seems a bit fragile.
Thanks! I went to 3D Experience. Scott was very kind showing what they do.
I’ll go to the pumpingstationone if i can.
There are also maker spacer in the MSI and the CPL.
