Can anyone help me with problem with Smoothieware (re-arm &ramps).
I try to use autopid, but that not work at all on Smoothieware firmware. Marlin works everytime perfectly. Smoothieware leave under setpoint everytime and go setpoint very very slowly (many minutes or maybe half hour).
Can anyone tell me why this auto pid not work with smoothieware. I drived M303 E0 S240 command get new pid numbers save them on M500 command. And after that again setpoint not get reach.
Hope some can help me with this problem.
edit: Thinked if that re-arm 3.3v gate voltage is not enough to Drive mosfets ok. But not understand why heatbed works perfectly and that takes much more current than hotend.
Now more information. When i put manualle example 240degrees evrything goes ok (like diagram last section shows). But when you start work with slic3r gcode, that every time do that what you see about center of diagram, setpoint leave couple degrees under and printing not ever start.

Is the fan on both when doing PID tuning, as well as during print? First guess is the fan runs for print, but not during tuning. (Sorry, no first-hand experience with smoothie, and not aware of how your printhead is setup.
Idont have any roblems with bed. Hotend not heating target temp. All pwm settings are 255. Hotend goes without roblems 300C degrees if i manually put setpoint to 300C because that not broblems sith current limiting.
Yeah i can use that manually controlled but want that do automatucally like before many years with marlin. I try you other tips today later i inform if get same results.
