Hi All,

I just got my CNC machine working. I am doing test runs with the chilipeppr logo. I see that it is only 90mm x 60mm abouts. My work area is ~500mm x 500mm. I have zero’d the machine to the center point that the logo wants. The problem is that the logo seems to want to move much more than the 90 x 60mm size. It keeps crashing the machine. I have made sure that the grbl is set to mm.
Any help would be great. Thank you.

Sounds like you never configured your steps/mm for your grbl device to actually match your machine configurations.

Thank you for the quick response, John. Sadly, it was a newb move. I didn’t follow through with the step setup. It is working now. Thank you again!
