Hi all. Opinion needed. I have previously waterjetted my printer frames. I now want to try extruded Al. , associated fasteners, and track guides.
I am contacting Igus today as I am impressed with the response on G+ and the reviews of product.
Is there a place you guys are more impressed with when it comes to extruded Al. and accessories?
Thanks @Mark_Zimmerman I was reading that you had a small issue due to the metric 30 and finding components. So I will look up the 8020, but do you have a suggestion in size to ensure mass availability of accessories?

I have been checking out Misumi. I guess this is liked for the machined surface offering?
I am really curious if anyone has found a roller/bearing that can perform on the extruded Aluminum well for printing? I fear the bushings and other solutions I am finding will not be adequate. Binding and friction… I would like to rid the prototype of rods and cylindrical bearings all together.
I have seen a few people using rollers, but not found more than a few statements on performance.
Steve Graber makes a great set of wheels and carriages too.
