No. Use a heated bed and ABS slurry.
Or Kapton tape. Or Buildtak. But the heated bed is essential, as is an enclosed chamber to hold in heat. You can skip the chamber for smallish and somewhat simplified parts. It’s easier to just build a box, though.
elmers purple glue is way easier to apply and less messy than abs slurry and simply washes away if you need to.

No, that has been a pain, I use a spray called 3DLac, it’s like hairspray and I spray it on a mirror tile that is sttached to the heat bed (@90degree Celsius). It sticks well and the parts are easy to remove once the bed cooled down.
