Qualified candidates should apply through the Type A Machines careers website at: http://www.typeamachines.com/pages/jobs using requisition job title Support Technician I. For questions about the position, contact nate@typeamachines.com.

Is this remote work, or in SF?

All Type A Machines employees are expected to be on-site on Thursdays at our San Leandro factory. The other days may be flexible, but this job does include physical repairs of machines, so on-site is the general expectation.

“Experience with ping-pong or skateboarding a plus” nice to see something about life/work balance.

@Mark_MARKSE_Emery I can do both of those well but some of the other requirements are iffy

@Mark_MARKSE_Emery We actually have mandatory fun breaks for ping pong. Some things are non-negotiable.

@matthew_bennett i like the way you think… I would also love to have a longboard track around our factory to clear the head.

Arduino, video editing…check. Worked in manufacturing QC, used a bit of statistics…check. Sense of humor…absolutely a requirement, check! Owning a RepRap machine, check.

2500miles from Ohio, in warm warm warm SF…sadly, I’m not there.

Is Elijah still these? He’s always been very helpful to us. BTW, who’s in charge of resellers these days? I used to deal with Chris Woolsey, but my understanding is that he’s no longer there?

@American_3D_Printing Yes, Elijah is moving to a role in Production. Nate is in charge of our resellers program. I don’t know Chris Woosley, so he’s been gone a while.
