Im using prusa i3 and slic3r

What is the issue we are looking at in the pic?

Open layer in a midle, right side, like a broke

you are printing too hot which causes the layers to warp. Also make sure there is NO air ventilation at all arround your printer (no open doors,windows and stuff)
