Hi everyone, long time no see :slight_smile:

Has anyone used this clear sprayable rubber coating (or anything like it), to weatherproof LED strips stuck to aluminium channel?

It will be mounted under a bike, so it’ll need to be pretty weatherproof.

Good to see you around Mr. Atkins.
That looks like an interesting product. Please share the results of you do try it.

I have used PlastiDip https://www.plastidip.net.au in white. Not specifically for weather proofing, more for diffusion. But it works both ways if you spray enough of it.You need to lay on about 10 coats with a 10 min interval. Make sure the spray can is about body temperature as well, warm it up with warm water

@Leon_Yuhanov Do you have an example of this.
Thanks.

@Gibbedy_G sure
This is WITHOUT a diffuser
