Hi folks I’m having issues with the first few layers not printing properly any suggestions?

What are you using? Which board, software, printer? I wouldn’t know but I’m pretty sure that its in the details.

If it is bed adhesion than @Jason_Clark has tested mod podge and apparently it’s the best stuff on earth

Basically the few layers about 1cm is does not print as it should, I tried printing an egg candle holder, it was a smooth texture but the few layers came out all bumpy, then suddenly went smooth.
