Hi guys, alls going well with LW4 for me lately. I’m getting then hang of the work flow and features within LW4. One thing I’m still trying to figure out though is simply engraving a raster with good results. Can anyone recommend a handful of preliminary settings I should be looking at?
do we still need to enable verbose Gcode for good rasters? There was an issue in LW4 that made rasters come out with a bunch of lines. Verbose Gcode was a workaround.
@Aaron_Peterson Yes. Either we’re hitting a smoothie bug, or smoothie has a gcode requirement we’re not aware of. Verbose works around it.
@Todd_Fleming , verbose does not change the behavior. Same results for me either way. I’ll post video and gcode tonight.
