Hi guys and girls
I am looking into buying my first 3D printer.
Just looking for suggestions. I plan to use it for prototyping and pattern making for hobby foundry work and hobby engineering.
Thank you in advance
Kirk
Can we get more info? What materials do you want to use? Build size? Budget?

Hey just ordered anycubic 3d I was about to order the prusa but turns out the anycubic is just as good. Can’t wait for it to arrive
The anycubic Kossel is not a great beginners printer especially when compared to the genuine MK2 from Prusa. That thing is as good as it gets for under a grand.
That being said the anycubic doesn’t seem to be a bad machine- especially for the price.
so i made a bad decision ? i ordered the anycubic i3 mega it seams to be the same as the prusa. cant get the prusa in Australia for under $1000
Personally I would get the genuine prusa especially for the same price. There is nothing that prints as well as that within 2 grand of its in my opinion.
