Hi guys!
Has anybody connected grbl to M542 driver? I didn’t find enough resources in this regard. I need to know any probable issue before change my design.

Sure! It works ok. You just need to provide pulse, direction (and enable if you wish) to the optocoupler inputs plus GND for all the optcoupler cathodes.

@Miguel_Sanchez , if EN is not connected, the stepper will be energized while the power is on?
