I have a question about could anyone guide me to any free drawing program like tinkercad ?

  • I did use tinkercad, but it is not that powerful especially in complex shape.

SketchUp make is free too, can be kinda easy to make ugly geometry but is great when you follow your axis guides properly.

Blender is a choice too. A little more daunting but powerful.

+1 for FreeCAD. There are some great tutorials on YouTube showing how to use its features.

123D Design is a lot like tinkercad. Free for desktop and web. Powerful features like the construct tools keep me using it for our projects.
