I’m curious on how to auto calibrate a delta. I just wondering how does the latest (1.1.0) Marlin firmware implement it. It seems the rod length
is not considered as a factor, and they measure the z-height at several points to correct the height, radius, endstop offsets and tower tilt. Is this based on some concrete algorithm or just a empirical analysis?
In the official document, there are examples showing the calibration procedure, but no further explanation on how the calibration works.
So does anyone know the general idea behind this calibration?
