Hi. I have just printet the center gears in nylon (Taulman 645) but I think the biggest gear is too soft because of the thin wall between the center and the tooth of the gear. Is there another version that is more nylon friendly?

Hi Denis. I use the Velleman K8200 with E3D hotend. Layer hight is 0.15mm, Temperature is 215deg and the speed is 20mm/s. Note that 215deg on a Velleman normally equals to a bit higher temperature on other printers.

When I make the first test I print with 40mm/s I think is to fast.

The E3D is a terrible hotend. Just thought I would point that out. J Heads for the win.
