Hi!
I have started a project where I plan to test the Diamond 3in1 nozzle for 3 color or color mixing printing.
I`m going to use my OrdBot test printer in this project. To make it possible to install 3x extruders + PSU + Electronics… I have designed a “OrdBox” where I can install the LCD controll panel, PSU and electronics.
I plan to install hinges in the rear, so it is possible to open the “OrdBox to access the electronics”

Hope to get a clean setup using this.
Next I have to design extruder and filament reel mounts.

For the Diamond 3in1 setup i Plan to use:
1 x Diamond 3in1 0.4mm nozzle

3 x Pushfit/tupe kits for Bowden
3 x MK9 extruders

The OrdBox is made using 20x20mm alu profiles and 2mm side panels

Is this the same one that is on AliExpress? I am very curious to see the outcome of your tests.

I use the original Diamond nozzle. I do not know how the one from AliExpress is compared to the original one.

Have ordered the parts I miss to get this printer project ready. I have the Diamond Nozzle, Hexagon, RADDS Electronics… but need the parts to build my “OrdBox”.
