Hi , im a n00b in the reprap world, and i have a issue with my prusai3 X axis, is noice and really dont work only the X axis. I’ve tried changing the pololu, mounting and demounting, more power in the motor, changing the alignment, changing the tension of the band
… I really have no idea why it does not work properly

Hmm, could be issues with the bearings? When was the last time you greased them? It sounds a bit like bearing chatter. It also looks as though it’s catching on the rods. Perhaps you might have a rod alignment issue?

im greased yesterday, the rods are new from yesterday too, im look the alignment and is OK :S

Did it work before and recently start having issues, or is it new?

Is new… They work a few times and afther that.

Did you wire it yourself?

Not really is a kit. And the wire are with the motor.

It’s probably the bearings then. My other guess was acceleration but it seems to be doing alright.

Yep, check stepper voltages.

Can you move it by hand without those problems?
