Hi im building the OpenRC 4wd tRUGGY.

Im ordering the parts I need but I just need to check about the rods. when it says 3mmx56mm, is that 3mm rod and 56mm long?? x4 so I can buy a 300mm long rod and chop it down? am I correct?
