Hi… I’m new if you couldn’t tell… so I got a 3d printer; The MP select mini and I made this as my first print. Decided to post It here 'cause why not… anyway I also wanted to ask a question since I’m new to 3D printing, do you know if the program “Blender” can be used? (its 3D modeling software but Idk if you can use it for Gcode) if not what is a good starter program?
Yes, you can use blender for 3D design and printing 
you’ll need to export your models to stl file and then use a slicer (like cura or simplify3D).
Another really good cad is Fusion360. If you’re looking for an open source program, use Freecad
