Hi. Is there an image size limit to Laser Web? I get an error a few minutes after clicking “Generate G-Code”. I’m trying to get the overall area to be 550mm x 550mm.

LW works normally if I need the area under 200mm^2.

Running Google Chrome.

Error Message:
RangeError: Invalid string length (http://localhost:8000/lib/paperjs/paper-full.min.js on line 37).

I understand it may be my PC that is out of resources, but I see 20% CPU and 65% MEM usage.

Thoughts?

Hi Peter - thanks for the quick response. I was not able to get a 550x550mm to generate Gcode using Laser Raster. I get the Oh Snap! Chrome message. I was able to generate a 300x300mm Laser Raster.

I even tried another PC with 16GB RAM and same results.

No size limit in LW4!

Thanks guys for checking in… I dont have a problem loading the image. The problem comes when generating the Gcode (click “Generate” button). It goes to 100% and then “Oh Snap!”. I tried Firefox and same results w/o Oh Snap of course.
