I would just like to thank everyone in this community for all there contributions and ideas. Without it I would never have been able to develop this project and would still be left scratching my head.

Not to sure iam sure someone would suggest some where or could write up something on here with maybe a link to the code on http://pastebin.com I think it is lol but great work
GitHub, Instructables, hackaday, seeed recipe come to mind. They’re all easy to use.
Looks great! I’d suggest checking out http://lightjams.com and a Sandevices E682 (http://sandevices.com/E681info.html) as an alternative if/when you want to control them live. I made a bunch of similar light bars for a friend’s band and had a blast showing them off at their live shows.
@Teak_Hull Hi thanks for your suggestion. I will have a look however I want to keep away from any pc’s or commercial hardware. I have many effects selectable from smart phone.
@Richard_Everitt , did you ever write any details about your build setup? I’m interested in trying something very similar, but was looking for some help in this direction. Have you done any updates? Anything you would have done differently? Maybe some code samples? Any info would be much appreciated!
