Have you calibrated the extruder? Perhaps a partial clog.

It seems that your flow rate is high and you must lower the extruder temp a little bit

@Keith_Applegarth i didnt calibrated as it was working until now but i will clean up the head and test using lower flow rate tomorrow

It’s the room lots warmer in the past two weeks?

Also, have you got other, fresher filament to try?

Is that blue painter’s tape with almost nothing left of it? I do not use PLA, but I think you are suppose to replace the tape occasionally.

I’d suggest a few things. As @Ali_Yildirim said your flow rate seems high, and you might also want to try lowering the temp you print at. However I print my Printrbot PLA between 210 and 215 Celsius, its different for other PLA brands and such. Also you could try fine tuning your Z offset and your extruder tension if possible however it appears as though your printer uses a Bowden system and I am not familiar with those. As for your print surface, if you have a heated bed my understanding is you wouldn’t use blue painter’s tape but I could be wrong. I personally do not use a heated bed. I change my tape every 3 to 5 prints depending on size and if it is damaged after removing the print. I also use rubbing alcohol to clean the tape before printing, then use a glue stick on the area before my print to help with bed adhesion. You seem to have a lot of glue on your tape so I would suggest changing that and using less glue then check your results, and possibly set your Z offset to move your hotend up a little when printing.

ok jest update
so i clean the hot end i it was bed  but puting it back in i brack the thermistor on it its going to be pain to replace but i order new from ebay and open RMA at monoprice (if RMA wont work then i will spend the time to replace the thermistor) i will keep update (if i wont RMA the printer and just replace the thermistor)
