Hi Team R7,
I’ve been doing some 2.5D cutting here and just thought I would share a few images and a video. This is part of a marble track puzzle I’m making.

The R7 cut this really nicely using a 4mm flat end compression but. I have since made this out of MDF using the same settings 18,000 rpm @ 3000 mm/min. and it turned out great as well.

Thanks! I got some help from the fusion 360 community in the tool paths. I used morphed spiral for the finish. It’s completely smooth.

I really need to give fusion cam a try. That is way fancy compared to software I’m using, estlcam.

Looking forward to seeing some unique marble puzzles
