Hi there. I’m stuck with an extruder problem on my Hephestos 2 printer. Since I upgraded my Hephestos 2 with a heated bed the gear of the cold end seized to work (see video). My supplier already tested the complete extruder on his Hephestos and he had no problem. Any ideas?

seems to be a broken cable or a wrong wired motor. The motor is jumping between two fullsteps. Check your wiring with a multimeter.
