Awesome, how did you model the 4-start screw? Most screw packages I’ve found just do ISO and ANSI metric and English screw threads, but not more custom multi-start and/or trapezoidal threads.

Hi ! you can make them using freecad . It’s easy to use .

Cool, did you use the MakeThread API function, manually Sweep Profile, use a 3rd party macro library, or some other technique?

1- go to " part design ": create a " + " shape using “create sketch”
2- go to part : create helix using " creation of parametrized geometric primitives " select HELIX
3- sweep " + shape " with helix
Bear in mind those threads I’ve downloaded them from thingiverse but i replicated other thread using this method . visit my google+ I’ve posted a screen shot
