Dude, that spring element w/ linear guide is beautiful!

Any chance you could elaborate on your design process/dimensioning/tolerances?

I’ve done some spring elements for phone mounts:

but never anything with that much travel and the integrated linear guide.

That doesn’t take much space up either and could be optimised… Thinking about making new holders for my powerwall now. Time to get a 3d printer!
