i think this is cool if it works. but an lcd panel instead of a phone would have worked better.

It’s interesting given the extremely high resolution of modern cell phones, but the exposure time is going to be longer compared to the power of an LED projector. However, I’d guess it would be best with an OLED display to minimize pre-curing of resin due to the light leakage of an LCD display. At least you don’t have to really fear power failure.
It probably continues to need multiple tanks for the various resins, so the startup cost is higher for more than one resin, but that doesn’t seem to be included as a kickstarter option.
