Home made Nozzle: 2nd Attempt.
Now with a bigger resistor. I actually reach 250°C easily. I’m quite happy.
Not really aesthetic… but well, if it works!! :slight_smile: Thanks to everyone that helped me and gave me tips on my previous post.

Do you have drawing or example of parts so someone else can make one of your parts?

@Donald_Y_East I actually took dimensions I found in the Reprap.org website. I want to make sur it’s a valid solution before sharing it. But it’s planned that I’ll share the design. it’s not really pretty or new anyway. it’s really classic.

@John_Ridley Thanks for the tip. I’ll check ebay for that. Here I’m using a 8W resistor. Seems to work ok.

@John_Ridley Actually if you can provode a link example would be nice of you. I don’t find anything… :confused:

Cool, now we are approaching the point of making maybe 3D-Solder printers?

@Jawid_Hassim This is indeed the goal ! I’ve already made a CNC now I’m adding the 3D-print possibility.
