How do you guys get all this 3d printed? Do you have your own printers???
Yeah I think most people either have a printer or have use of one at a hackerspace or similar
Yep, with 3D printers starting to get down into the $300 range, they’re quite affordable, and with as much as RC parts cost, well within the range of any enthusiast. That, and their users typically overlap in interests, skillset, etc.
Plus they 3D parts can be ordered online and 3D printers are available at some libraries, schools, “maker/hacker spaces”, etc.
