I’m more interested in the fact that there’s an LPC breadboard layout for this thing. Because I think I have one of those dev boards laying around. :slight_smile:

Not really interested in the board offered on the kickstarter because of the A4988; anything built for me from here on out is going to be DRV8825 based.

Yes, you can use DRV8825 in the http://smoothieware.org/smoothie-on-a-breadboard setup :slight_smile:
However, breadboard setups are very very susceptible to noise.
I think Azteeg is working on a Smoothie-type board in which you can use external drivers.
