PC cabinet desk mount system
I don’t think I understand how this is used. Is the gray box the cabinet? What is holding the two white tabs together?

No screws on cabinet neccessary? How do white tabs fasten to cabinet?
@Dat_Chu , it says in the description “easy strap system”, so I guess that a strap passes around the cabinet and through the white parts to hold them in place.
