This is my first TestDrive. I got a metal driveline with an ABS spur gear. This spur gear fails at the end. Somebody tried a metal one or know how to fix it up?

I have the same problem, i tried with ABS two times and finally crash but now i printed the gears in PLA and the car moves very fine.
I think ABS is too soft for it. I made a bunch of ABS parts as well and they all broke. I went to PLA and things are holding up much better.
Yes, i think the same. I am running with the gears in PLA and they are as before, support it perfectly
I used a PLA spur gear before and it´s teeth gone broken faster than my ABS one. Maybe my Motor is to strong and fast acceleration and brakes are kill the gear too easy.
What motor do you use?! How many kv has it got?! Thanks

Take a look at the video description. It´s a hobbyking 6.5T with 5200KV. - You need to adjust your gear ratio!
