3mm Baltic birch plywood. I sanded the edges to 45degrees using a disk sander and then glued the six sides together.

@Ariel_Yahni_UniKpty I’m just used to uploading to Imgur first. That way I just copy the entire post if I wanted to post again someplace else like Reddit.
Understood, I used to do the same until G+ started supporting images .

When you upload the images to G+ it shows them, for imgur I have to click the link… 
@Jim_Fong thanks for the file. I ran it and only changed the raster speed to 75 and set $33=3000. Pot was set to 10ma. Bottom left square was run through twice. I haven’t touched them other than a toothbrush under water.
