I always had trouble with printing Colorfabb’s carbon fiber filament until I upgraded to @Martin_Bondeus ’ Bondtech extruder. This was my very first carbon fiber print after the upgrade. Worth every penny.

Layer Height: .2mm
Extruder Temp: 245°
Bed Temp: 65°
Print Speed: 55 mm/s
Ret. Distance: 4mm
Ret. Vert. Distance: 0.4mm
Ret. Speed: 50 mm/s
Coasting Distance: 0.2mm

I haven’t tried Carbon Fiber yet but looks great!

Nice, any words to say about the layer bonding.
That’s the most interesting thing for me. My parts never always break between the layers. Most of the time I can design the main force in layer direction but sometimes it’s simply not possible.
