i am facing a problem in my printer that it leaves gap between two consecutive layers when i blow air through the object air passes through the object. Is there any solution to this problem.
And also want to know the ways how to calibrate a printer.

Need a little more information about your setup. Maybe some information about consecutive prints are the gaps at the same height - then its a hardware problem on the Z axiz. If random it could be filament sticking or slipping. Check the drive gear is clean, if its a bowden tube check it for resistance.

For starters, what printer do you have, and what type of plastic are you using? Sounds like it could be ABS delamination due to cooling too quickly.
