I am in the process of printing the OpenRC car and waiting for bearings and other purchase parts to arrive. While waiting, I played around with wheel designs in an effort to learn how to design for a 3D printer, thought I’d share.

Nice design work. I like the spokes.

looks nice, but i think you wont get much run time from them before the spokes shear

Thanks, the couple I have printed seem to be very strong, it will be interesting to try them out once I have my car together. I am really enjoying the opportunity to try new things on a low stakes project. If something fails you learn, redesign, and print again!
