I am looking for a company that can fabricate precision plastics for a major aerospace company. I have found it difficult to find anyone that can recreate simple components without having to run 5000 of them or more to make it worth while for the fabricator. If anyone has a legitimate business close to the Dallas ft. Worth area, but may consider outside the area, that can fabricate, I would like to know what you can do.

I have had good luck out of shapeways but then again I’m not relying on shapeways parts to keep me aloft.
The parts needed are not required by the FAA to have an 8130 or any other cert. This is a specialized tool designed to assist in the alignment of a tail rotor shaft
They are rings designed to hold the shaft during the alignment, but are also durable enough to flex. If the tail rotor is too far off, the rings are designed to crack or break.
Check out shapeways. Their tolerances seem to be about 0.3-0.4 mm depending on the part size.
