About a month ago Gree-LEDs shared a data sheet for a similar product. I haven’t found these on aliexpress yet. Here is the link: http://gree-leds.com/newsshow.asp?showidd=366

I’ll bet these will slowly show up on an aliexpress store over the next few months.
