I am trying to source an inexpensive laser diode and driver to use in testing LaserWeb v2. Does anyone know where I can get one that doesn’t cost as much as a K40 laser?

i am also in the same boat. looking for a laser to do testing. not feeling real comfy with the ebay, ali, banggood options :frowning:

I see a few USA sellers out there just not sure where to turn

not sure much about this one ^^^ but it looks more ready to go…

just thought I’d share what I’ve found.

Have you considered the Emblaser?
(Full disclosure, my company Darkly Labs makes them!).

It doesn’t meet your criteria since it costs a more than a K40 but I thought I would mention it. Supports up to 3.6amp current to laser diode so works with the latest NDB7A75 & NUBM44 diodes (4+ watts).

Have 2 laser diodes on their way on Tuesday…can’t wait to get them and start playing, I mean testing.
