I designed an extruder for use on my Kossel delta as I wasn’t completely happy with the airtripper design.
Mine is loosely based on the airtripper but has several improvements including:

  • Quick and easy to change filament without messing about with idler tension.
  • Uses M4 push-fit with M5 thread.
  • Mounts vertically or slightly angled toward filament spool.
  • Has optional filament cleaner.

I have attached some photos.

Thanks @doodaddoes . I will soon modify it slightly to shorten the distance between the drive and top entry point to allow for feeding more flexible filament like nylon.
