I designed and made a mount for my smoothieboard thisafternoon. It is designed to be bolted in the 100mm void between the floor and base plates of my Delta printer. The fans are twin 24vdc 40mm (I need to purchase another) keeping the electronics nice and cool. Lit attaches to the facia with 2 x M3 cap screws and the legs at the opposite end are mounted the same way. Then the whole assemble is bolted to the plates with M4 cap screws. Nice to get it mounted and safe.
It was printed on my UpMini using a 0.3 later height and normal speed and was at the limits of it’s build volume. I am still waiting for parts for the heater bed on my delta which will hopefully arrive next week, then i can start building some big stuff
