Based off the tos, it seems like anything that is put on thingiverse is theirs. That’s what you agree to when you sign up. That’s the way I interpret it, I could be wrong. I don’t upload anything just incase the way I read the tos is correct.

As far as I’m aware, their tos says they have the right to display and share the files you upload. You’ll see that kind of tos provision at any site. No tos gives them permission to lie or patent others’ work as their own.

I know that a lot of people don’t like website tos’s, but come on guys. People acting like loons will not be taken seriously by others.
