I got firmware problem ( I hope, so it’s not hardware). Y and Z works fine byt when X go to home and touch the endstop repetier-host say possition 200.
and in firmware it’s markt as “Go to min” like Y and Z.
Any ide?
Please share an extract of your configuration.h showing the homing dir
I have also tried to change direction and try to make it go to “max” stop insted, but then it’s just stopp and cannot go forward or backwards.
I’m using 3 pin endstop.
i was trying repetier-firmware but then it’s always say 200, even if it’s not trigger. with same settings ass other axis but the other axis works great, The only different is that X axis is inverted. but that should not be a problem.
Have you tried a different host?
What about changing the endstop logic
I’m not on a pc at the moment will look at configuration a bit later
thank you
I have tried cura. but there is not so good information, and I have uppdate the repetier host from 0.9x to 1.0 with same result.
I think i have try change the Logic. I was trying yesterday so i was desperate trying everyting.
I will try to test the Max pin and check if there is a short circuit.
When you click +10 on the X axis which way does the carriage move looking at the front of the printer?
it’s go Left.
and the endstop are beside the motor on the Right side.
the belt is on backside of the extruder.
and I click go home. and it ho to the endstop and show 200.
the 3 pin mech endstop is it normaly close or normaly open?
I only use 2 of the three pins and if I make the wrong decision on NO or NC then I just change the logic in the firmware.
So I could try using Signal and ground and sett it to #define ENDSTOPPULLUP_XMIN ? right?
A wird thing, when i press Y +/- the X gos to 200, in firmware max is 180?
something is not ok…
thanks for all help! the problem was to easy to find…
the was the setting in repetier-host setting “Xmin 200” and “Max x 200”…
and i think i tried cura with “broken” firmware
Thanks for every thing
