I guess everyone has their own methods for testing a new filament, this is mine…

Top row left to right:
Taulman Bridge (Nylon)
Orbi-Tech Laywoo-D3
Orbi-Tech Laybrick
NinjaFlex (Black)
ABS (Transparent)
ABS (Glow in the dark green)
ABS (White)

The bottom row is all PLA.

The reason for the Androids comes from it being the first thing I printed as it was the example @nop_head used. Its great for testing as you have the small eye holes, the gentle slope over the front and the pointy ears. Plus on the back there is a hole which is bridged. It covers most of the things you need to test while being quick and simple.
