Infil? (Wished I’d added a few more perimeters too hide the Infil in the wings)

@Mike_Miller zero - the awesome modeling work makes that possible! 1mm (side) and 1.5mm (top) shell, 0.25mm layers, Cura.

Alright… Time to see if the Bukito’s extruder is happier with Tritan than my old airtripper was.

…and if Tritan works at all well on an unheated bed.

@Thomas_Sanladerer What’s your thoughts on tritan? Preferred temp/speed settings?

Great looking print Tom. It is also nice to see these work horse filaments can also make beautiful things.

@Ben_Van_Den_Broeck i got the overall best results when printing it almost like ABS, just slower. That means 35mm/s, a 120C (110C) heated bed with PET tape, 290C (275C) hotend and relatively thick layers. It took me a while to figure out how it likes to be treated, but it now prints super reliable and is insanely good with overhangs. But I still need to see how I can get the layers to stick a bit better without cooking the plastic too much. I will eventually make a full guide/review, but, as always, I want to be confident that I’ve got it completely figured it out.
