I had completed my Anet A6 assembly.

I had completed my Anet A6 assembly. When testing a print I noticed the fan blowing the nozzle does not seem to be moving the main fan is moving. Anybody had any idea why? I had follow the instructions to connect to the blower connected.

The part cooling fan blowing on the nozzle is turned on in the g-code by the slicer. If you have an LCD screen you might have a menu option to turn it on manually to test it.

Usually M106 Sxxx where xxx is 0 to 255 controls fan speed. Also M107 can be used by newer firmware to switch it off.

Your slicer will generate these GCodes for you based on preferences set in the cooling section of the print setup.

Many thanks

With my Anet A8, the nozzle actually fit into the fan far enough that it blocked the blades from spinning. Took me FOREVER to figure out what was happening!
